Q. How do I enable this on my phone line?
A. In the settings of your phone system provider, you'll simply forward calls to a phone number assigned by our system. Every phone provider has an option to forward phone calls. This can be right away, or after a few rings. Our team can help you enable this setting.
Q. How do I make changes to the texting flow?
A. AliveDial is part of the Alive5.com platform - just log into your Alive5 account and there will be a drag and drop chatbot flow builder that will allow you to modify and create your own flows specific to your business needs.
Q. Does this work outside the USA?
