The ability for your website visitors to communicate with you in real-time chat by clicking on a chat button embedded on your website. Your agents should be available at times to answer chat requests.


If agents aren't available, an offline chatbot would take the visitors' contact information (email, phone, note) and deliver it to an email address for your team to follow up when they are back online.
